Deanne Porter Casperson is a composer and a high school music teacher. She grew up in beautiful Star Valley, Wyoming, and has been writing music since she was 8 years old. Her songs have been sung from the Intermountain West to D.C. She is married to Kerry Casperson who has always supported her in her passion for music. They have 4 children -- Cole, Brock, McKay, & Paige as well as wonderful daughters-in-law and 2 loving and energetic grandkids. She tries to live her life by her favorite quote which can be seen on her office wall: "Life is not a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a pretty & well-preserved body...but rather to skid in broadside, thoroughly used up, totally worn out, & loudly proclaiming -- WOO-HOO!!!"
